Free Shipping for our United States Troops
If you ship to either an APO or FPO address you will not be charged for shipping. We will usually send the package Priority Mail but reserve the right to send larger packages Parcel Post.

Does It Seem That You Are Being Overcharged on Shipping?
If so, please drop me a line, or give me a call (Toll-FREE 1-888-953-7879).

Configuring shipping costs is complex and sometimes errors occur. If you feel your are being overcharged, let me look into it and see if an adjustment needs to be made. It is not my intention to make money off shipping charges.

Please do bear in mind the base price for mailing a one pound Priority Mail package is now $4.95.

How We Ship Your Package
Within the United States MissPoppy.com ships merchandise via First Class or Priority Mail. Both First Class and Priority Mail packages will generally arrive within 1-3 business days within the continental United States and within 3-5 days in Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping time is counted from the time you receive your shipping confirmation. It is our goal to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it. If your order is delayed for some reason we will notify you.

Foreign Orders
We do not ship to all countries. If your country is not listed, please drop me a line and I will look into adding it to our list. We cannot track orders to foreign countries.

Should I Select First Class or Priority Mail?
In the continental United States, First Class and Priority Mail arrive in the same amount of time - usually 1-3 days.

For small, flat items, like tracts and postcards, first class mail is fine. We ship first class items in a bubble envelope. If you order something not exactly flat, such as a lip balm, or breath mist, consider if you want your item shipped in a bubble envelope (First Class) or a box (Priority Mail). If you absolutely need your item to arrive in flawless condition, without any dings, please select Priority Mail. Though we take every precaution when shipping in a bubble envelope, we cannot guarantee the final condition of your item.

Holiday Shipping
Shipping slows between Thanksgiving (around NOV 20) until a few days after the new year. Expect delays. To be safe, double the shipping time. If a shipping method states 1-3 days, expect it to arrive within 3-6 days. Over the holidays I make every attempt to get your packages to the post office by the next business day.

International Shipping
Currently we ship internationally using First Class International and Global Priority Mail. It will take about 5-10 days for your package to arrive.

Express Mail
The US Postal Service does not ship Express Mail on Saturdays, Sundays or many holidays. This means that if you place an order on Friday, and order Express Mail shipping, your package may not go out until Monday, whereas a package sent Priority Mail may go out on Saturday and arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday.
